Excellent post. I'm following you now. I'm not ready to endorse geoengineering myself, but It looks to me like our culture will be rolling that out in the absence of meaningful change. Our government would rather fund the military industrial surveillance state that will be used to crack down on people during food and water shortage conditions, rather than use those resources to create solutions to the problems it is spearheading. They are literally at war with life, as I see it. And most of the US populace is willing to go along. Local food production is definitely part of any solution that can put forward at this point. People power, as you said. Feed the resistance.
