This video features the closing minutes of an improvisation I recorded this afternoon after completing the recording of my Secrets of Organ Playing Contest entry.
This music was inspired by the feelings associated with letting go of situations (specifically situations involving matters of the heart) in our lives that haven't worked out, and instead being open to something new; a new beginning - a fresh start.
This improvisation includes, among others, quotes/paraphrases/excerpts from several works I composed in 2019.
