Tanned foliage in golden glow
The above late-afternoon shot was taken near the end of the dry season. Not only are the leaves tinted with hints of fall colors, but the trees and bushes themselves are not quite as luxuriant as in the below photo.
Nevertheless, the evening sunlight compliments the tanned foliage, giving the scene a warm golden glow.Verdant foliage under a blue sky
The shot on the right was taken at the height of the rainy season. Typical of such times, the foliage is lush and verdant. And even though it was taken during the monsoon season, this particular day was clear and sunny, and the sky was bright blue.
