Been posting a lot of my Chicago pics, since I just got back from a trip there! Living in California I hardly ever get to see snow unless I go up into the mountains. I took a gamble and bought a ticket to Chicago hoping it would snow. I won that bet and was rewarded with a couple amazing shots of the snow covered city.

I can't remember someone hoping it was going to snow! I guess because there was zero chance you had to shovel!
You're right normally everyone visits in the Summer, and the cold was just insane, since I'm from California, but I really wanted to see snow in the city.
