Happy Tuesday everyone! I just wanted to share some of my photos from my Paris trip last June for @juliank’s #cityscapephotography. It was the day before my trip to Milan when I decided to take the hop on-hop off tourist bus on Champs de Mars. The first stop from where I am is the Tour de Eiffel or Eiffel tower. I bought an entrance ticket to climb the tower. It was more than a minute of an elevator ride to the first floor. There are parts of it where the floor is transparent so you can actually see people passing under the tower. It was such an exciting experience!

Then I took the elevator up to the top floor. The view was majestic! I can see the whole of Paris from above, the arrondissements, and districts of Paris. I didn’t leave until it was closing time. That’s why I fell in love with Paris- the breeze with the hint of croissants and coffees, the buzz of the busy streets, the amazing French architecture in which they are trying to save and preserve and not to mention the accent.

Trivia: did you know it was originally built there to just serve as an exhibit but then the local council thought of making it as the symbol of Paris?
