Hello,
This is my first post! I can see the major potential in steemit and definitely want to be a part of it! I figured this topic was suitable only because i had recently stumbled upon this discovery and it was interesting!
Personally, i figured you need at least 5k$/month to be able to live in one of the tall buildings in major cities...
With little research i came across many options for under 2500$/month. Granted, 2500$/month isn't chump change BUT, definitely attainable!
I wanted to share this with you guys! Below i'll attach a couple examples including prices, floor plans, and pictures in order to sail you off on your search for the penthouse that best suits your needs!
Here we have Example 1:
Bed 1
Bath 1
SQ.FT. 712 -to 718
Rent $2,203 -to $3,336

Example 2:
Bed 1
Bath 1
SQ.FT. 694 -to 813
Rent $2,150 -to $2,590

I hope this changed your view on city living affordability!
If these are way out of your reach, don't be afraid. Setting goals that seem impossible to achieve is not a bad thing as long as your mentality is positive. Most of the time, it's not about the destination, you'll learn various life lessons along the way.
Have a great one guys!
Wow, much cheaper than i would have imagined.
Thank you for your post.
