I think the Steemian that deserves to be rewarded is @jonsnow1983 because he has been helping a lot of new people here on steemit (myself included), has an amazing project to improve and promote steemit community which consists on a steemit academy, and also is planning to feed poor people here in Venezuela thanks to his steemit upvotes. I think he deserves the reward.
