Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Men pay, and reward their staff for services rendered, it therefore might be difficult for us to understand God, because He rewards more, those who diligently seek Him. Let us imagine that God has two sons, Mr. Server, and Mr. Seeker. On waking up in the morning, Mr. Server rushes out to attend to the business of the Father and works so hard that when he return in the evening, he is always too tired to say hi, before crashing in bed. Mr. Seeker on the other hand, stays at the side of the Father, running errands and taking care of His immediate needs. Who in your opinion is of more use to the Father?
Honestly, can we really serve God if we don’t seek Him? How will we know what He wants unless we abide in His presence ? True laborers are first called to Him, and sent by Him. The major work of the genuine man of God, is to abide, in God’s presence, go out as sent, and return to continue the unbroken worship.
The Lord said to me, “ son, every ark, has its dimensions “. You have to obtain the dimensions of what God wants you to build from Him, otherwise you will build what is common, or is in trend. Since you are unique, and the task He has for you is specific, then you must seek Him until the dimensions are clear. Then He will reward you, by filling your ark, with His glory.
The reward of the seeker, is God Himself.
