Leadership Authority

Many people today yearn to be leaders, to have people in charge, to be the figure of authority. But what does this mean?

To begin, we will analyze a sentence: "To better privileges, greater responsibilities". This prayer certainly makes us reflect a little on whether we want this status, or whether we remain "low profile".

In short, all status has responsibilities but are we able to take them? Before we want a higher position, to climb one step further, we must first analyze what goes on, or as they say "calculate expenses.

As a main characteristic of a leader is that he has followers, this is fundamental, no one is a leader of himself must have people to exercise that authority, this in turn must have the mature necessary to overcome the characters and temperaments of his peers. A leader is not one who shouts imposing his ideas, is one that in a diplomatic, or intelligent way directs or orchestra a series of activities with a goal to order.

A leader knows how to recognize the authority of another leader. This is essential, it is not always about getting out and being the best, sometimes it is better to give up and maintain your composure, to overexert yourself and to be ridiculous. A great leader knows how to recognize other leaders.

In addition, leaders teach with facts, it is not only with words that a leader directs, no one who smokes can teach others not to smoke, many will say that the experience of the smoker and all the damage and problems he has received while smoking is what Which impacts others, but it is not. 90% of the people who are taught by example, follow suit.

There is no better example of leadership than Jesus Christ, if one wishes to be a great leader, it is then the one to emulate.
