နာက်ည္းေနျခင္းမွ ခြင့္လႊတ္ျခင္းကို ပ်ဳိးေထာင္ႏိုင္ရပါေစသား ။
ယံုမွားသံသယျဖစ္ျခင္းမွ ယံုၾကည္ျခင္းကို ပ်ဳိးေထာင္ႏိုင္ရပါေစသား ။
အားငယ္ေနရျခင္းမွ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ျခင္းကို ပ်ဳိးေထာင္ႏိုင္ရပါေစသား ။
ေမွာင္မိုက္ျခင္းမွ လင္းေရာင္ျခည္ႏုႏုကို ပ်ဳိးေထာင္ႏိုင္ရပါေစသား ။
ဝမ္းနည္းရာရာမွ ဝမ္းသာျခင္းသို႔ ပ်ဳိးေထာင္ႏိုင္ရပါေစသား ။

ကိုယ့္ႏွစ္သိမ့္ခံရဖို႔ထက္ ကိုယ္က ႏွစ္သိမ့္ဖို႔ကို ရွာႀကံႏိုင္ရပါေစသား ။
ကိုယ္နားလည္ခံရဖို႔ထက္ ကိုယ္က နားလည္ႏိုင္ဖို႔ကို ရွာႀကံႏိုင္ရပါေစသား ။
ကိုယ္ျမတ္ႏိုးခံရဖို႔ထက္ ကိုယ္က ျမတ္ႏိုးဖို႔ကို ရွာႀကံႏိုင္ရပါေစသား ။

အဘယ္ေၾကာင့္ဆိုရေသာ္ -
ေပးကမ္းျခင္းျဖင့္ ရရိွပါတယ္ဘုရား ။
ခြင့္လႊတ္ျခင္းျဖင့္ ခြင့္လႊတ္ခံရပါတယ္ဘုရား ။
ေသဆံုးျခင္းျဖင့္ တစ္ဖန္ဖြားသစ္ၿပီးေတာ့
ထာဝရအသက္ရွင္ပါေတာ့တယ္ ဘုရား ။
