Victim Card Expired.

Can seasoned Christians use the victim card? How about the race card? The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 5:17 KJV. “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things are passed away; behold, all things are becoming new.” If you really believe the word of God you are a new creation or new creature in Christ. You are not a victim, but a king’s kid.
It seems like people love to use the victim or the race card to get advantage or to exploit an issue, especially a political one. It is only just a spirit of control trying to manipulate or use you. It is time to be set free from that manipulating spirit from the Spirit of God. I can see if you are a worldly person, but not a bought blood son or daughter of the King of Kings or Lord of Lords. If you are seasoned, you know better. I remember before I got saved, I was labeled as the “nice guy” that finished last. Guess what I was a nice guy and people knew that and hurt me. Believe me I hurt and I didn’t like it. My card said Nice guy on the front and finishes last on the back. I hated it, but would always make a joke out of it because I got hurt and hurt badly. I remember being hurt once that left many scars. My girlfriend told me I was one of the nicest guys in the world. I was excited because I just came home from a trip to Venezuela. I was so happy and then she took the wind out of my sails she said that I would never amount to anything but being a nice guy and dumped me. There was a time I didn’t want to get married, because I didn’t want to get hurt by women again. I also carried the card that said if it wasn’t for “bad luck” I wouldn’t have any luck at all. As I grew up in my faith in Christ, I realized that I lived by faith and not by site. Christians have favor, God’s favor. There is no luck in Christianity.
In the Kingdom of God nice guys finished first. Sometimes it may not seem like it, but I read the back on the book. We may go through times of tribulation and storms, but we will come through as winners. It doesn’t what you go through, we win. I am not a victim, but a child of the kingdom of God, that is when I got victory.
My Bible says I am a new creation or a new creature in Christ. When you are a believer you are not white, black, Hispanic, or anything else. You are a Christian! There is no color attached. There is no card attached. People put denomination cards on people God doesn’t. The only color you should see is red. That is the color of the blood that Jesus shed for you. Christ died for us all. “Red, yellow, black, and white. We are all precious in His site.” This is the familiar kids song, Jesus Loves the Children by Herbert Woolston. God loves us all! You have a choice, to live as a victor or live as a victim. Psalm 47:1 KJV says, “O clap your hands; all ye people, Shout unto God with a voice of triumph.” Time to believe, time to shout, time to triumph. You are on a winning team, because you are a winner in Christ. You are not w victim, but a winner in Christ.
Today it is popular to use the “victim card” or the “race card” to manipulate situations, especially by Christians. The Bible says in Romans 3:23 KJV, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” God didn’t say, white, black, Hispanic, but all, everyone! John 3:16 KJV says, “ For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.” In this verse, God said, “All lives matter! Period! It is finished! You matter, your family matters, your neighbors matter, Your city matters, your country matters and your world matters. The God of the universe came down from heaven and died on a cross for your sins because of His love for you. You have been purchased by His blood, the Savior of the world died for you. You mattered to Him.
The God of the universe came down from heaven to earth and died for your sins and gives you a free gift of salvation for eternity. He made you to be a winner. Open up your eyes to His deliverance. You need to change your thinking from a victim mentality to a kingdom mentality. Don’t play the blame game and use the victim card, be a winner. Be a warrior, be conqueror, be more than a conqueror. Romans 8:37 says, Nay in all these things, we are more than conquerors through Him that loves us.” Time to choose. Blessings, Bd.
