And again:

Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; thou that dwellest between the cherubims, shine forth.Psalm 80:1

God said this about whom it was that "dwellest between the cherubims," the same that David referred to in the verse above.

Jacob, while blessing Joseph, spoke of the "shepherd."

But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:) Genesis 49:24

The book of Revelations refers to Jesus, "the Lamb in the midst of the throne," "shall lead them:"

For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. Revelation 7:17
