Although our thought cannot be seen, its results can be seen. Usually what comes out of your mouth, that's, your words are as a result of what is running through your mind and what you have on your heart. If we have troubled minds, we will not live peaceful, serene lives.

We will not be able to minister peace to others, because the truth is, we cannot give to others what we do not have within ourselves.
It's stated in the bible that “we must follow peace with all men” in other words, we are to be makers and maintainers of peace. It is very important to make peace significant as aspect of our life, but it begins inside of us. Jesus in the Bible was able to calm the storm outside because He maintained peace within Himself.

Jesus had inner peace within himself. His mind was not troubled. He did not have His mind on the storm even though it was active and unprecedented against Him.
While His disciples were
Gripped with fear and were panicking, He was asleep. In the midst of storm and calamity He had peace within Himself. That how come He was able to calm the storm down because He had peace within himself. Hence He could speak peace to the situation.
Isaiah 26:3(Bible in Basic English) The man whose heart is unmoved you will keep in peace, because his hope is in you.
Prophet Isaiah is telling us to keep our minds on the Lord, He will give us perfect and constant peace. Proverb 23:7 makes us understand that God’s Word has a great effect on our minds and how we think. We must also know that what a man thinks, so will he become. A man follows where His mind is going. Thoughts comes before actions!
May God grant us peace in midst of the storms of life. Amen.

The disciples were short sighted. Because within the storm was peace and all they needed to do was call out the real name of what they had seen, so JESUS wakes up and sees peace instead of storm, always look at thoughts from the right angles and instead of storms you will see peace, great write up bro
