We'd like to add a new weekly feature to the Christian-Trail along with the weekly, "Open Church." held by @majes, @nextgen622.
In this weekly thread, we will feature a biblical topic and ask that each response be made with a verse on the subject matter.
For example: If the subject is, "Love," each response should include a verse that mentions the word, "Love."
Comments are also welcome along with the verses shared here.
With that said, I'll start it off here by posting a verse about "Love."
He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good. Proverbs 19:8

Great verse wilx! God's love is perfect.
I added this passage as it would be difficult to add just one verse from it
Matthew 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
Matthew 22:38 This is the first and great commandment.
Matthew 22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
This is my favourite verse in the Bible since I discovered it in 2015 <3
1 Corinthians 13:4-5: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs."
John 15:13 - Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. King James Version (KJV)
"Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." 1 John 2:15.
"Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins." (1 John 4:10)

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
Love can be easy to say and hard to do. There are some here who speak of love but have, at times, not shown it. Let us love in truth and not by word only. We all get frustrated or offended but let us all grow in love and learn to love one another as we are loved by God.
