用料
糯米粉150克/生粉40克/牛奶250克/糖65克
芒果1/2个(可用豆沙莲蓉/其它果肉等替代
)/椰蓉(可用红糖替代)色拉油20克
做法
将糯米粉、生粉、糖搅拌均匀
做法
加入色拉油和牛奶搅拌至无颗粒状态
做法
将搅匀的粉浆入蒸锅大火烧开转中小火煮至凝固,大约15分钟左右

把芒果取肉切丁~

把面团分成大小均匀的小剂子
做法
取一小块糯米团按扁,放上芒果粒,像包汤圆一样将馅料
包起来,搓圆~(也可以其它果肉、豆沙、莲蓉之类的)

将做好的糯米糍裏上椰蓉即可~(没有椰蓉也用红糖替代)

做好的糯米糍可放入冰箱冷藏3天,吃之前取出在室温回温
