A group of Chinese SWAT and Chinese special ops troops took part in an combined drug bust. The leader of the drug gang, Wu Ji, blew up the interior of the building and hold a man hostage while shooting at an injured special ops soldier. Leng Feng, a sniper of the special ops team, realized that the building was very strong and he could not shoot through the walls. However, he noticed that a section of a wall near Wu Ji had a small hole in it and decided to use the hole to ricochet the bullet through it and towards Wu Ji.
His first and second shot failed to ricochet and Wu Ji threatened to kill both the hostage and the soldier. Leng Feng's commander, Commander Shi,ordered Leng Feng to stop shooting. To which, Leng Feng took off his headset and fired a third shot, which successfully ricocheted and killed Wu Ji on the spot.As a result of Leng Feng disobeying a direct order, he was sent to the confinement room as a punishment.
