Great piece on parenting. I like the statement "Do not transfer parenting to anybody else even teachers". Often parents don't feel it is their responsibility to teach or parent their children. I think you should always take an active role. You should have the most invested as they are your children.

I will appreciate the honor of adding the link. Actually parents should take a leading role in the upbringing of their children. Our children are wayward because we have left them in other hands.
