Follow IM Sparklehorse (@wpaschall) at lichess, he is doing a lot of viewer games and watch his videos. The minimum play time for getting better in chess is 15+10 or 15+40 or something like this.
I am also playing to much bullet and 3+2, it makes me not better at all.
