Some of them will almost certainly end badly, while others will survive, primarily those with utility other than just currency replacement. A gold backed crypto will most likely replace the likes of bitcoin and other pure cryptocurrencies. I expect etherium will probably survive, unless a better hashgraph based solution comes along.
