What's up Steemians, another typical Monday where it's the day of the week where most people dread but to me... it's the time to get focused and getting things done. 👨🏼💻
You know what? Anyone can become very successful on Steemit but it's not going to be an overnight thing. It's going to take tons of time, energy, & effort.
You're going to most likely go through hell for first few weeks, be forced with very difficult decisions, make little friends, get no upvotes or comments etc... etc... however when you stick to the plan and don't quit, you will start getting results and have the community cheering you on.
Here is the tip if you want your blog to become successful. All you have to do is stick to the basics, be consistent and be very active such as posting and commenting.
Yes, it's that simple but not that easy...
This is how I did it when I signed up to Steemit. I went "ALL IN". "What does going "ALL IN" mean Charles"?
I told myself that I will give it my all for 90 days and put all my Social Media websites on hold just to focus on Steemit.
I did whatever I needed to do to learn everything about the Steemit platform.. and guess what? Lot's of great results happened!
I became overly obsessed with working harder than 90% of the Steemians on here by being a very active member of the community and started to help people the best that I can.
You don't even have to be a great blogger to be successful on Steemit. All you have to do is be more active, post awesome pictures and interesting things, provide more value etc... etc...
So with that being said guys, I encourage everyone to never ever give up... and let's start making "Mondays" our B*tch 😳🤣💞

Thanks friend for sharing your experience At first I took steemit as a game and hobby did not get anything. Now that I have taken it as a work with effort and dedication I am slowly seeing the results. That if I love this work I think that is another secret to do what you like and do it well. I think steemit is not a race that wins the one that runs the most, it's a race that wins the one that perseveres and has patience

You have to commit to the process. I often time hear people say they will try. I like to remind them that trying is like saying failure is an option. If they try they may fail, if they commit they still might fail but they don't allow it to be an option. They make the decision to muscle through the hard times!

Very good point, like anything its going to be a longhaul and oftentimes when your ready to giveup your closer than you think. I came into steemit full steem ahead...pardon the pun... and slowly started losing some enthusiasm. While I probably dont' dedicate as much time as I did early on, I still try to be very active on here and recently I've been seeing the growth start to happen. Where as before I would maybe get 6 cents a post and a couple upvotes, these days I'm getting a couple bucks a post and a dozen or moree upvotes. It takes time but if your consistant it will grow.

This is a great post man. I've been on Steemit for over two months now and I've been consistently making art everyday and posting, but there was a time where I had to do it every other day because making art every single day is a very challenging task.
I still try to do my very best in interacting with the community. You're doing a fine job @stackin a lot of people should follow your example because in my eyes, Steemit isn't just a normal social media platform, it's something more man, and I love it. :)

I wish things could happen overnight but it seems like the world doesn't work like that, unfortunately. At least it leads to people grinding and hustling trying to work their way up to the top rather than being dormant and doing nothing.
Hopefully in a year or so @stackin we'll be able to talk to each other as whales and remember the past days where we just puny minnows haha

Great motivational monday pep talk. Thats the one thing I seem to struggle with the most right now is staying consistent on the posting and comments. Some days I do great and other days I struggle to make one comment.

Many times when I post on steemit it to broaden myself through other social media, meaning what I post here I usually share on like facebook, twitter, linkedin, sometimes tumbl and also on futurenet. People will see my steemit post on those platforms and possibly go onto steemit. Plus I also post to many times showcase what I do as a result. Extra bonus, getting paid for posting on steemit also, slowly building that up, bigger money from this platform will come later.
Hmmm, yeah I make sure I post like just once a day but at times maybe 2. I want to make my blogs very interesting so posting to many times just turns people off lol
Nothing can stop someone with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed! Steem on!

This is what I am doing right now, all my other websites and business is on hold because I am putting a lot of time and effort on Steemit. And I really enjoy doing it. I didn't come here thinking that I will make money over night or that it was this easy, but it does sometimes get frustrated when you see some other posts, not even that good of a post, making huge money and you are not seeing any results. So it is good sometimes to get encouraged by people that made it big, but who also went through the same thing you are going through.
We all go through that on Steemit, just keep going forward and you will do just fine. :)

Couldn't agree more @stackin! Mondays are one of my busiest and hardest days. Not because I have to go back to a job that I hate, but because I make it that way. I try to get the most done on Monday to jumpstart the week, and I work for myself, so my own motivation is the only thing keeping me going. Great motivational post. I think "let's start making Mondays our B*tch" sums it up nicely lol!
