What's Up STACKERS!
Look what just came in the mail today (from Amazon of course), my new vegan protein bar that I'm trying out. π¬
Before many of you jump to conclusions. I have not gone "Vegan" but throughout the years, my meat consumption has gone down dramatically. If I do eat meat, it's mostly chicken or turkey.
As some of you may have already known, I've been on this "health and fitness" thang for couple of weeks and I'm trying out new things everyday. ππΌββοΈ
What is considered healthy or good varies from person to person but I decided to change my eating habits slightly. I've noticed a huge shift of energy and better metal clarity when I don't eat meat, dairy and wheat.
Having more energy and feeling good is my main focus right now. Why do we need more energy? Well for once, if we are in "Crypto"... we need that extra energy, Crypto never sleeps and it goes on 24 hours a day. π€£
I'm not saying all that stuff is bad for you but when I don't eat those things, I just feel more "Alive".
What is the saying?... If you are not doing new things everyday, your not growing as a person. Life is short and experiencing many different things all the time in life is the best way to live.

Healthy eating leads to a healthy life style, o don't est red meat because I know for a long term that red meat is harmful to our health especially our heart . I only eat fish and chicken @stackin
Yeah, I keep the red meat consumption very low but those burgers are mighty tasty at times π
Lots of fruits, veggies and fish, chicken and a little red meat on occasion work well for me and I love to add a daily serving of chia and coconut oil for an over the top feeling of wellness.
Thatβs what Iβm talking about, we got the same mindset πͺπΌππΌπ―

We need strength to monitor the crypto market and whatever good stuff we can take or eat that will keep up going why not try it. π Thanks @stackin!β€π

You are right brother with one addition... no meat, no wheat, no dairy... and no sugar! Take all sugar out for a week and let me know how you feel on the last day.
I was vegan for a couple of months and had to say it was pretty good.
Eating meat etc is atm the same as smoking for me I know it is stupid but I do it anyway
Yeah, I smoke American spirits at times... Iβm trying to less and less every week π
one day we celebrate becoming millionairs with steemit and being non smoker

Really you are right, lot of cholesterol in meat so its a good thinking but little bit meat is no problem, thanks to share about a healthy .
So right, meat is ok to eat at times... I just feel way better without it but chicken taste so good haha
Fuel for some protein farts lol... I like eating protein bars too!

I recently stopped eating meat. I feel really good! I still eat yogurts and rarely eat fish though!
Yo! Good you are going in the 'right' direction (speaking out of my paradigm of course :-p )
I am only vegan since 10 months or so and really can feel the difference (especially as a women).
Check out documentaries like 'What the health' or "Forks over knives' and stuff like that, this may get you off the chicken :)
