I installed a reverse osmosis filtration system under my sink a couple years ago. I recently added a remineralizer because I think it was depleting my electrolytes without it. I also started taking a multivitamin for the same reason. Haven't tried the alkaline water, but it's probably the same or close to what I'm producing out of my tap water with the RO filtration system. Over the long run I think I'm probably saving some coin by filtering myself over buying bottles.
