@stackin I have eaten this from a jar as well but it was not very good. My korean friend tried some and verified it was not good. He said to eat the kind made at a restaurant. How is the kind you ate from a Trader Joes?

The one from trader joes tastes good compared to others. Your friend is right, the best ones are made at the Korean Markets. We have one in Vegas but it's like a 30 minute drive.
I guess I will try the Trader Joes version sometime. I live in California and the nearest korean restaurant I know of is the same distance :") I will check out the fresh stuff when I can :)
