honestly you did great! And meat is what is the most expensive usually, so it made sense not to buy any =) You sill got your protein in, so all good =). Actually beans have more protein than eggs, and are probably cheaper =)

Hmm that's true...but if I wanted to substitute eggs with beans, I'd rather buy normal dry beans which I have to properly cook. Which are more expensive. These canned beans are probably not that healthy. I've heard all the canned food contains some metals from the can itself.
