Today is the day!!
I’m starting my 90 days journey to get in the best shape of my life – mentally and physically. It begins today December 4th, 2019 and will end 3rd March 2020 (which will be my 10th year anniversary with Darren)
Why and what inspires me to do this?
I am getting married and I will be traveling to Taiwan for our wedding photoshoot next year March. Also, it is because I just want to see the best body shape I can achieve in my life.
About me
Workout routine: 2-3 times a week doing Crossfit.
Food intake: Supposedly, I should be doing intermittent fasting. But, I was unable to control my hunger. I eat whatever and whenever I feel like eating. Which is bad!!
Now
I will work out more often in box ( CrossFit center ), and home. Also, apply intermittent fasting.
So today is day 1 of 90
To give you some reference. I am 5’5″ and weighed in at 125lbs now. I have pimples on my face for over two years which I have never had during my teenage years. Hopefully, through this 90 days challenge, it will help to detox my face too.
I also have some serious health issues- asthma attack that lasts for a whole damn year in 2018, I have done my food sensitivity test and have been using that as a reference to avoid the food I should not take.
What will I eat?
Anything that I'm allowed to eat- refer to my food intolerance test result.
I probably will not be counting calories.
