I think you did an excellent job! What's this cable talk. Pshaw... LOL
I'm practically drooling over here wondering what this refreshing drink tastes like...and if I'd need a designated driver if I had a few glasses. :)
You will be just fine after one glass, if you have more it is time for the designated driver to make an appearance!
It's been a long time since I let my hair down! :) I've bookmarked the recipe too. Sounds like a fun experiment. I made beer once. It wasn't bad but it could have been better. I admit I was impatient and never tried again.
Beer is even more up my alley! I got into brewing by mistake, my wife wanted some malted barley for a finnish easter dessert called memma and the online store where I bought the barley from had a minimum order so I had to buy a book as well, "How to brew", the rest is history!
I think when I get set up in my forever home I will probably start accumulating the tools to make my own beer and wine again. I'm a little more patient in my "old age." LOL
I started out with very basic equipment in the kitchen but it soon exploded into an orgy of homebuilt brewing paraphernalia (as all of my new hobbies tend to do...)! Recently I have sold all of that off and bought a self-contained brewing unit, a Brewie. It even has its own WiFi... I'm concentrating on the recipes now, not trying to get the tech working! There might be a post about this experience somewhere in there...🤔
