@clixmoney yes your SP and how much you allot to a specific is indication on how much your upvote is worth. Just as already suggested (https://www.steemnow.com) is a great resource to visit to track your activity and the rewards attached to it. Also you do not need 10,000 SP for your upvote to net $1.00. However, that all depends on the Steem reward pool as well.
