Biologická olympiáda... Biological Olympiad

Ve středu jsem byla s mojí paní učitekou a s 5 mými spolužáky na biologické olympiádě v Brněnské zoo. Přípravy nebyli nějak moc velké jen jsme si něco přečetli z google. Téma měli byt vztahy mezi živočichy. Naši školu jsme reprezentovali ve dvou tří člených týmech. Jeden tým jsme byli mi osmáci a druhý tým byli deváťáci. Ve středu jsme brzo ráno odjížděli od školy. Cesta byla celkem dlouhá ale na konci cesty nás čekala dobře zásobovaná pekárna😅 Tam jsme si dali pozdní snídani a pak jsme pěšky vyrazili do zoo. Po příchodu do zoo jsme se ohlásili a hned u vchodu stál páv který nás s úsměvem přivítal. Pak se nás ujali dvě slečny ze Střední průmyslové školy chemické Brno (tato škola to celé pořádá) a měli nás provádět po stanovištích. Stanovišť bylo celkem 5. Trvalo nám asi 3-4 hodiny než jsme to celé obešli. Jedno ze stanovišť bylo o fyzice a to nás musím pochválit měli jsme 6 bodů ze 6. Bylo tam i chemické stanoviště kde nám ukázali i nějaké větší pokusy třeba jak vybuchla popelnice respektivě jak popelnici uletělo výko.😂 Na tomto stanovišti jsme měli 4 body ze 6 a to jsme měli chemii jen 3 hodiny ve škole. Za nás to byl mooc užitej den no a teď kolikátí jsme skončili? vyhráli jsme? No skončili jsme 31 z 56 a podotýkám soutěžili jsme v kategorii kde byli i deváťáci a gymplaři což bylo pro nás prakticky nemožné vyhrát. Ale i tak jsme spokojení a příští rok se zůčastníme určitě taky.

On Wednesday I was with my lady teacher and with 5 of my classmates at the Biological Olympiad in the Brno Zoo. The preparations were not very big, we just read something from google. The theme was to be relationships between animals. We represented our school in two or three member teams. One team we were eighth and the other team were ninth. We left school early on Wednesday morning. The journey was quite long, but at the end of the journey a well-stocked bakery was waiting for us😅 We had a late breakfast there and then we went to the zoo on foot. After arriving at the zoo, we reported and right at the entrance stood a peacock who greeted us with a smile. Then we were taken in by two girls from the Secondary Industrial School of Chemistry in Brno (this school organizes it all) and they were to take us around the sites. There were a total of 5 habitats. It took us about 3-4 hours to get around it all. One of the stations was about physics and I have to praise us, we had 6 points out of 6. There was also a chemical station where they showed us some bigger experiments, for example how the trash exploded or how the trash flew through performance. and we only had chemistry for 3 hours at school. It was a very used day for us, and now how many times have we finished? we won? Well, we finished 31 out of 56 and I note that we competed in the category where there were also ninth graders and gymnasiums, which was practically impossible for us to win. But we are still satisfied and we will definitely participate next year as well.
