Hola amigos de Hive, Hi Hive friends
Por nuestra zona recientemente han construido una promoción de chalets de obra nueva. Nosotros estamos en pleno proceso de reforma de nuestro piso pero nos llamó la atención el cartel promocional y fuimos a visitar una de las viviendas. Tienen tanto compra como alquiler y la curiosidad pudo con nosotros.
Casi todas están vendidas o alquiladas y quedan muy pocos. Llama mucho la atención la rapidez con la que la gente se compra las casas, a mí me cuesta mucho ahorrar.
They have recently built a promotion of new construction chalets in our area. We are in the process of renovating our apartment but the promotional poster caught our attention and we went to visit one of the houses. They have both buying and renting and curiosity got the better of us.
Almost all are sold or rented and very few remain. The speed with which people buy houses is striking, it costs me a lot to save.
Lo que más nos ha gustado es que cada una de ellas tiene su propia piscina privada. Eso es un lujo porque puedes disfrutar de un baño en tu propia casa en los meses de tanto calor aquí en Málaga.
What we liked the most is that each of them has its own private pool. That is a luxury because you can enjoy a bath in your own home in the hot months here in Malaga.

Me imagino qué pondría en este espacio, sin duda una barbacoa y unos sofás hechos de palets. Una amiga los hizo y quedó precioso en su patio. I imagine what I would put in this space, without a doubt a barbecue and some sofas made of pallets. A friend made them and it looked beautiful in her yard.
Ahora os voy a enseñar el interior, en concreto la zona del salón. Tiene como podéis ver dos alturas y los dormitorios se encuentran en la parte de arriba.
Now I'm going to show you the interior, specifically the living room area. It has as you can see two heights and the bedrooms are on the top.
El color del suelo es precioso. Tengo una obsesión muy grande con los suelos. Me gustan justamente así, material y color.
The color of the ground is beautiful. I have a very big obsession with floors. I like them just like that, material and color.
Como veis tiene otras escaleras que dan acceso a un sótano. As you can see, it has other stairs that give access to a basement.
Es grandísimo, tanto la zona trasera como la delantera.
It is huge, both the rear and the front.
La fachada es preciosa. Me gusta que sea de color blanca, da mucha frescura en una ciudad como Málaga que es tan calurosa y luego lo veo con un estilo muy moderno. Muy en la línea de las nuevas construcciones.
Nosotros de momento seguiremos en nuestro piso pero… ¿soñar es gratis, verdad?
The facade is beautiful. I like that it is white, it gives a lot of freshness in a city like Malaga that is so hot and then I see it with a very modern style. Very in the line of the new constructions.
For the moment we will continue in our apartment but… dreaming is free, right?
