En Carrefour tienes la opción de comprar bandejas de sushi que lo hacen directamente allí en un stand. Puedes comprar sushi con pescado crudo o no, según tus gustos y me trajo dos bandejitas con distintos tipos de sushi.

Por curiosidad, ¿sabéis que sushi significa arroz amargo? Lo leí una vez que tuve curiosidad por conocer el significado de la palabra y no puede ser más acertada. "Su" quiere decir vinagre y "shi-meshi" significa arroz.
De hecho, cuando lo hemos hecho en casa algunas veces, primero hemos cocido el arroz para después extenderlo, enfriarlo y comenzar a añadirle vinagre de arroz.
Out of curiosity, do you know that sushi means bitter rice? I read it once when I was curious to know the meaning of the word and it couldn't be more accurate. "Su" means vinegar and "shi-meshi" means rice.
In fact, when we have made it at home a few times, we have first cooked the rice and then spread it, cool it and start adding rice vinegar.
A mí me encanta la mayonesa picante y la cebolla frita. Mi favorito es el sushi con salmón, cebolla frita y mayonesa picante. Delicioso.

Como veis, vienen las bandejas bastante bien y con una buena cantidad de piezas. El precio por bandeja son de aproximadamente unos 9€. No es para pegarte un homenaje todos los días, pero para preparar una cena especial en casa es la opción perfecta.

Hay diferentes tipos de sushi:
-Nigiri. Se trata de un óvalo de arroz al que después le acompaña justo encima salmón, atún, gambas...
-Gunkan. Es un óvalo de arroz que va envuelto en alga nori y en el hueco que queda, se le añade huevas.
-Maki. Es un óvalo de arroz que dentro se le incluye lo que más te guste, salmón, atún, verduras y todo ello rodeado por alga nori.
-Uramaki. El sushi al revés, el relleno por dentro, el alga también y finaliza con el arroz por fuera.
-Cucurucho. Se hace un cucurucho con el alga nori, se rellena con arroz y lo que decidas.
There are different types of sushi:
-Nigiri. It is an oval of rice which is then accompanied just above with salmon, tuna, prawns ...
-Gunkan. It is an oval of rice that is wrapped in nori seaweed and in the remaining hole, roe is added.
-Maki. It is an oval of rice that includes what you like the most, salmon, tuna, vegetables and all surrounded by nori seaweed.
-Uramaki. The sushi turned upside down, the filling on the inside, the seaweed too and it ends with the rice on the outside.
-Cornet. Make a cone with the nori seaweed, fill it with rice and whatever you decide.
