En este post me gustaría hablaros de la inversión que realiza cualquier emprendedor en el inicio de su actividad.
Está claro que dependiendo del sector al que os vayáis a dedicar tendréis una inversión u otra pero es realmente importante crear un plan financiero en vuestro plan de negocios. * In this post I would like to tell you about the investment that any entrepreneur makes at the beginning of their activity.

Tenemos que pensar que vamos a tener que contar con una inversión inicial, como por ejemplo el alquiler del local que normalmente al comenzar consiste en el pago del mes corriente, mes de fianza y en muchos casos el mes que hay que pagar al profesional inmobiliario por los servicios de intermediación.
Tendremos que pedir la correspondiente licencia al Ayuntamiento, por lo que tendremos que contratar los servicios de un profesional para que nos realice el correspondiente informe que entregaremos para que, junto al pago de las tasas, os concedan la licencia para poder comenzar nuestra actividad. Tendremos que tener en cuenta la adecuación del local y mobiliario necesario. Una vez tenemos clara nuestra inversión inicial tenemos que tomar conciencia acerca de los costes fijos.
Pero, ¿qué son los costes fijos?

Son aquellos que hay que tener en cuenta independientemente del desarrollo de nuestra actividad. Los que sí o sí tenemos que pagar como puede ser el alquiler mensual, luz, agua, nómina…
Tendremos que establecer un umbral de rentabilidad que es el punto en el que a partir del cual, la empresa comienza a obtener beneficios. ¿Qué son los costes variables?
Es aquel que se modifica según las ventas. Por ejemplo: en un centro de estética, si hacemos muchas manicuras, tendremos que comprar con más asiduidad esmaltes.
