Estamos intentando salir lo menos posible de casa. Tuvimos un gran susto cuando un familiar dio positivo en COVID-19. Hay que agradecer que no está teniendo complicaciones y lo está pasando como un simple resfriado. Eso es lo importante y que en breve, cuando le vuelvan a hacer la prueba, toda la familia espera que sea negativa.
¡Seguro que sí!

We are trying to get out of the house as little as possible. We were shocked when a family member tested positive for COVID-19. We must be thankful that he is not having complications and is passing it like a simple cold. That is the important thing and that shortly, when they do the test again, the whole family expects it to be negative.
Surely yes!

La única cena que tuvimos hace unos días fue en un restaurante al que no había ido nunca e hice estas fotos para enseñaros en este post los platos que elegimos.

The only dinner we had a few days ago was in a restaurant that I had never been to and I took these photos to show you the dishes we chose in this post.

Todo tenía demasiada buena pinta, cuando iban pasando los platos a otras mesas y mirábamos lo que habían pedido otros comensales, cada vez estábamos más indecisos.

Everything looked too good, when the plates were passed to other tables and we looked at what other diners had ordered, we were more and more indecisive.

Pedimos para compartir, así probamos todos los platos y de verdad os tengo que decir... que a cada cual más bueno.

We ask to share, so we try all the dishes and I really have to tell you ... that each one is better.

No podía falta un plato de croquetas. Se notaba que eran caseras. Pedimos una variedad de croquetas de jamón, cocido y setas.

Couldn't miss a plate of croquettes. You could tell they were homemade. We ordered a variety of croquettes with ham, stew and mushrooms.

Flamenquín con queso de cabra. Jamás lo había probado con ese tipo de queso y me encantó sin duda.

Flamenquín with goat cheese. I had never tried it with that type of cheese and I absolutely loved it.

No estaba muy segura con la elección pero fue un acierto 100%. I was not very sure with the choice but it was a 100% success.

Tartar de salchichón de Málaga. Increíble, riquísimo, espectacular. Este salchichón tiene una textura muy particular debido a su corto periodo de curación. Es blando, no duro como otros tipos. En tartar ya es sublime.
Malaga salami tartare. Incredible, delicious, spectacular. This sausage has a very particular texture due to its short curing period. It is soft, not hard like other types. In tartar it is already sublime.

Canelones con queso de cabra y trufa. Sin duda alguna junto con las croquetas (soy amante de las croquetas), mi plato favorito de la noche. Estaba buenísimo.
Jamás había probado unos canelones así.

Cannelloni with goat cheese and truffle. Without a doubt along with the croquettes (I'm a croquettes lover), my favorite dish of the night. It was incredible.
I had never tasted cannelloni like this.

Y por último, morcilla. No podía faltar. Es el plato favorito de una de mis amigas y cuando lo vio en la carta, no tuvo duda. Fue el primero que pidió :D

And finally, blood sausage. It could not be missed. It is the favorite dish of one of my friends and when she saw it on the menu, she had no doubt. He was the first to ask: D
