Queridos Stemians,
Ayer fui con mi familia a cenar a un restaurante que nos pareció muy agradable y nos gustó bastante. Se trata del Cañadío en la calle de Conde de Peñalver, número 86 en Madrid.
Éramos 6 personas y tomamos unos entrantes antes del plato fuerte. Los entrantes fueron:
Yesterday I went with my family to have dinner at a restaurant that we thought was very nice and we liked it a lot. It is the Cañadío in the street of Conde de Peñalver, 86, in Madrid.
We were 6 people and we had some appetizers before the main course. The starters were:
The squid is one of their specialties, you can not leave the restaurant without trying them.
Más tarde pedimos un segundo cada uno. Yo me pedí el rabo de vaca con mollejas crujientes:
Later we ordered a second dish for each. I ordered the ox tail with crunchy sweetbreads:
The sauce of this roast was spectacular
El restaurante nos pareció un sitio estupendo con una calidad de producto notable y muy buena elaboración. El servicio fue eficaz a pesar de estar lleno. No es barato pero merece la pena ir a saborear sus platos. Las rabas y la tarta de queso son un "must", un deber para cualquier persona que se precie a probar este restaurante.
The restaurant seemed a great place with a remarkable product quality and very good preparation. The service was effective despite the restaurant being full. It is not cheap but it is worth going to savor its dishes. The squids and the cheese cake are a "must", a must for anyone who is proud to try this restaurant.
