Del Canto Popular al Buen Gañote. serie fotográfica en blanco y negro./From Popular Song to Good Gañote. black and white photographic series

Muy buenas amigas y amigos de Hive. Con mucho gusto les presento un post con la intención de enaltecer a cantores poulares, que encontramos frecuentemente en manifestaciones tradicionales , eventos sociales y culturales de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela como lo son: los tambores de San Juan, la fiesta del Tamunangue, sus canturias de velorios, entre tantas. Sin duda que el canto popular es expresión pura, donde los cantantes sacan toda su fuerza del alma para entonar las hermosas melodías, a gañote limpio, como decimos acá en Venezuela y siempre que una persona que expresa su canto con toda su intensidad y hasta se les marcan las venas, acostumbramos a decir, "ese hombre o esa mujer tiene buen gañote", o sea buena voz con mucha fuerza y afinación perfecta.

Todas las fotografías son de mi autoría, tomadas con mis cámaras digitales: Olympus FE330,X845,C550,SONY DSC-H70 y SONY DSC-WX350 y tratadas con Adobe Photoshop, viradas al Blanco y Negro. Las fotos de los cultores de San Juan de Guatire, fueron tomadas con una cámara Kónica analógica de 35mm, reveladas en papel y digitalizada con escaner HP.

Very good friends and friends of Hive. With great pleasure I present a post with the intention of praising popular singers, which we frequently find in traditional manifestations and in social and cultural events of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela such as: the drums of San Juan, the tamunangue festival, their songs of wakes, among many. Undoubtedly, popular song is pure expression, where the singers draw all their strength from the soul to sing the beautiful melodies, cleanly, as we say here in Venezuela and whenever a person who expresses their song with all its intensity and even they mark their veins, we used to say, "that man or that woman has a good gañote", that is, a good voice with a lot of strength and perfect tuning.

All photographs are my own, taken with my digital cameras: Olympus FE330, X845, C550, SONY DSC-H70 and SONY DSC-WX350 and treated with Adobe Photoshop, turned to Black and White. The photos of the cultists of San Juan de Guatire were taken with a 35mm analog Konica camera, developed on paper and digitized with an HP scanner.
