Good morning dear friends, today I want to publish this post to reflect, because many of us want to put limits to our brain capacity, but have you meditated on the wonderful, reach and overwhelming power of our brain? Meditation helps us discover things we did not know that we could really do. But first of all we have to be motivated.
We can not see our brain, but we know it is there, we see what it can do or cause in human beings. To give a very simple example: If we take with our fingers, a small sheet of paper, our brain sends a signal to our fingers indicating how much force will be used to hold it; On the contrary, if we want to take a very heavy object, our brain will send another signal corresponding to this action.
Now, sometimes we think that we can not do certain things or perform any activity because we are not prepared or qualified to do so, that limits us. Actually we are putting limits to our brain thinking that our IQ is too low to develop any skill or ability.
If we think we can not, then we can not.
Our brain has the immense capacity to receive, store and process information in an amazing way. It controls functions as essential as memory and learning.
Taking all these functions into account, why not take advantage of it!
It is true that there are people who are born with some Don or Skill, for example: Painting, Singing, composing poetry, etc., But is it true that to develop in these activities had to play a routine of constant practice? You will ask yourself: Where does the gift of that person fit? The Gift is that by practicing with constancy it is easier for them to develop as professionals than for those who do not.
What do I want to emphasize with all this?
I want to show that we can all develop skills because our brain has the necessary capacity, we have the guarantee that, if we can because the brain can capture those activities related to art and skill, even if we do not have a great academic preparation.
I want to tell all those who think that they can not develop skills and execute them, that there are no limitations, in fact, if we can develop skills that help us publish interesting topics, translate drawings, sing, compose poetry, write stories, write and learn grammar.
Everything we can achieve if we put interest, commitment and perseverance.
