Estimados Stimians, para hoy dejaré a un lado los post sobre educación para la Salud, para entregarles un pedacito de Maracay, la ciudad donde habito.
Monumento ecuestre a nuestro Libertador Simón Bolívar
Maracay está situada en la zona centro norte de Venezuela, es la capital del estado Aragua y cuenta la plaza Bolívar más grande y hermosa del mundo.

La plaza Bolívar está rodeada por un conglomerado de edificaciones que se denominaría "Complejo Cívico Simón Bolívar" que está constituido por el Hotel Jardín (Antigua gobernación del Estado Aragua), Escuela Básica de las fuerzas armadas de Venezuela, el Ambulatorio Urbano Dr. Efraín Abad conocido como hospital Civil, y una obra moderna que hace contraste con lo antiguo, el Teatro de la Ópera de Maracay.

Esta obra corresponde a lo que se llamo "Hotel Jardín" que luego pasó a ser La gobernación del estado.
Aquí podemos ver el Ambulatorio Urbano Dr. Efraín Abad, conocido tambien como hospital Civil
y haciendo contraste con esta arquitectura del siglo XIX, nos encontramos con una obra moderna de finales del siglo XX, El Teatro de la Ópera.
