Ante la colosal estructura del futuro hotel de la calle tercera y 70, aún en construcción, la ciudad se vio obligada a transformar un pedazo de costa y diente de perro en lo que hoy se conoce como el Paseo Marítimo, y se ha convertido en un lugar muy concurrido para todo aquel que busca de la buena compañía del mar, el sonido del oleaje, la brisa y el salitre.

Faced with the colossal structure of the future hotel on 3rd and 70th Street, still under construction, the city was forced to transform a piece of coastline and dog's tooth into what is now known as the Paseo Marítimo, and has become a very crowded place for anyone looking for the good company of the sea, the sound of the waves, the breeze and the saltpeter.

Bajo las noches estrelladas, rodeado de amigos y conocidos, se vuelve el lugar ideal para el intercambio de besos, risas, charlas, cantos y baile.

Si es cierto que este proyecto local aún no luce muy estético debido a que no se ha terminado, el sitio está sujeto a inundaciones en algunas épocas del año, y muchos de los locales que venden tragos y comidas se encuentran en reestructuración; se hace hábito frecuentarlo a personas amantes del mar y de todo lo que de él provenga y en él degustar de un excelente mojito.
