The international consultancy Resonance Consultancy has announced the ranking of the 100 best cities in the world. The list led by London, includes three Spanish cities: Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia.
According to Chris Fair, President of Resonance Consultancy, the report has been developed with the objective of quantifying and evaluating the quality, reputation and competitive identity of the main cities of the planet with at least one million inhabitants. "This list helps cities understand their strengths and weaknesses through the lens of the most important people: residents and visitors," he explains in this year's report.
To carry out the preparation of this ranking, 23 factors have been analyzed and compared, among which are, for example, job opportunities, accessibility to housing, cultural diversity, quality of infrastructures or economic prosperity. In turn, these factors are grouped into six main categories: place, product, programming, people, prosperity and promotion.
In this way and using a combination of statistics, classifications and reviews taken from surveys of more than 1,500 US citizens between the ages of 20 and 36, the ranking of the best cities on the planet led by London has been obtained, followed by New York, Paris, Moscow, Tokyo, Singapore, Dubai, Barcelona, San Francisco and Chicago, closing the ranking of the first ten.
it is such a lovely city Barcelona. I think that it is impossible to not fall in love with its thin streets, tasty food and charm atmosphere. Barcelona has everything that a person could need L )
