The only ultimate security against my car being stolen is to live in a world where no one wants to steal it, and the only ultimate security against my transaction being censored is to live in a world where no one wants to censor it.

As long as people are devoting their energies to opposing each other, they will create technologies to one-up each other. There is no such thing as perfect security when your adversary is a human.
