It's not just that you move though, it's how you move.
It took me quite a number of years to figure out the exercise that help the most with my back. Long story short, easiest way to learn them is probably Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga.
These basic exercises "Baduanjin Qigong" can really help with the back and legs:
That channel is pretty good and has a number of daily exercise videos that can be used for a morning warmup or afternoon or whatever.
Just don't overdo it. If you try it out, you'll quickly learn it's deceptive how much of a workout it is.
It's a pretty good replacement for the standard exercises many of us learned in school, while being more effective IMO.
I appreciate the rec! It's true, it's not just what you do, but how. I'm telling you, I'm getting closer and closer to becoming a chair, which I don't like. I want to approach being more flexible, not less.
