It is indeed a kind of job for a tough heart. Been in the CC industry too for about 6 years now and still struggle most of the time but still stayed for some personal reason. Your tips are great and will surely be helpful to those who aspire to try this job.

Yes, super achievement na po yung umabot ka ng 5 years. Di q maexplain yung stress level sa araw araw. Para sa mas malaking sahod, kakayanin. Haha!
