A lot has changed and hence the update post and the simplified guide.
But, in summary:
Anyone can use the #ccc tag; no one person owns #ccc
A post should include the #ccc code to be clear about the intent
upvoting other #ccc posts is now voluntary - no one can monitor this but this is encouraged to help each other in #ccc
The requirement for a valid #ccc post should include:
200 words of original writing or
include up to 3 original artwork or photos of artwork in 3 stages of completion in lieu of writing
But, since this is a community, it will decide if these rules need to be updated. I'll (me, @team-ccc, and @team-ccc-monster) and #ccc ambassadors (those who I have delegated SP) together delivers the benefits of posting good contents in #ccc.
