Yes, but you can do that for future entries to #pifc.
What I have done for a few, such as @cicisaja, was to upvote the comments that submitted the pifc entry at full SP to get them the maximum benefits.
BTW, 10 upvotes for you would be at 30% of your 40+SP each, so, effectively 3 upvotes at the 40 SP. You can get a slider from busy.org, I understand.
