I adopted this little guy, and I swear he must've been raised by dogs because he comes when called, loves belly rubs, wags his tail incessantly, and if you leave "the pack", he'll follow along to make sure you're safe.
But different from a dog, he poops in a box and can find his way back home after days outside adventuring — although he definitely prefers to be inside — usually limiting his adventures to about 20 mins before awkwardly squeezing back in through the doggy door.
I have never known a more chill animal. Even people who hate cats, LOVE Boots :)
Here's me messin' with him. Most cats would be biting and scratching, but he's just purring away. My favorite is when he sits on his hind legs and uses his little paws to try to pull your hands closer to his face.
OH and he loves his kitty brush. So much, he'll try to use it himself....
My friend suggested I take my Bumble profile pic with him. He sat through this without a fuss. WHAT CAT DOES THIS?? I feel like the Bell of the ball. He wasn't super happy about it obviously, but just look at what he endured!! Without scratching me once...
....It didn't work
But to be fair, I have some other weird pics on there too....
If you made it this far, you're a champ. Thanks for reading! Tell me about your cute animals :)
Wow, very adorable I have two kittens named Oreo and Bacon check out my blog I posted our picture, they love to be cuddled at night and very playful as well.
Aw. Das cute. I will!!
Are they named that cause oreos and bacon are delicious??
I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT OREOS AND BACON
....I'll brb
He's so cute! I adopted a dog recently, and I swear she was raised with cats or something. However, she still loves belly rubs.
I also have a 16 year old chinchilla. Chinchillas are the softest animals in the world!
Right?? Haha they should hang out.
I LOVE CHINCHILLA's!!! My ex teacher used to have one in class.
How does ze chinchi get along with your pup?
I'm too afraid to introduce them! My dog (Zoey) is part border collie, so she chases anything that moves... especially squirrels. And my lil chinchin looks too much like a squirrel... I'm also still getting to know her since we just got her from the shelter about a month ago. Cheech (my chinchilla) is too old and slow and blind for me to feel comfortable letting him be around the dog.
Also, Zoey was obviously a mother before we got her. She treats her stuffed toys like babies, and picks them up gently. So I'm also afraid she might try to pick him up and accidentally hurt him. They're both so sweet though, I'm sure they'd get along great if they were around the same size! I just don't want anything to happen... especially because of how fragile chinchillas are.
I totally understand! In another universe perhaps. Another..... dimension....
Or one of these bad boys....
Dog sized, of course.
Even then, the dog would probably crush the poor chinchin. Or, if the chinchilla was also in a ball, send it spinning into a wall...
Only possible option would be super-sizing a chinchilla. Just keep breeding the biggest ones until they become as big as dogs. And then the only suitable name for the lil (well, actually big) chinchin would be Fluffy. You wouldn't even need a coat in winter, you could just pick up your dog-sized chinchilla and stay nice and warm.
Aw! You're probably right. It's funnier with the dog in a ball, but definitely safer if we supersize chinchin.
Lol I would love if everyone had a chinchilla at all times.
That's the best idea I've heard in years
An emotional support chinchilla to sit on your shoulder and nibble on your ear.
I think it's like a perfect couple relationship there hehe.
I had my cat like that and I named her lubaska and she had the same characteristics like you cat.
Haha, I'm a strong independent Mexican man who don't need no woman.
....I have a cat.
Haha yeah now it's a bit different in my life, can't really live without my girl hehe.
Nice for you she will never break your heart. ♥️😏
IT'S EVEN WORSE.
My heart breaks every time we're apart </3
jkjk. That shit's gettin creepy...
There are up to 60 million feral cats in the United States alone.
Thanks for the catfact.
here's a fact back...
um..... dolphins have smooth skin?
A cats field of vision is about 185 degrees.
Gorillas will kill you if you enter their territory
