Concerning your topic, I agree on all fronts. When a creator puts in work and you spend 10 seconds making a comment, then tip yourself without upvoting the author that is a really sad statement about yourself. It screams scarcity mindset.

Concerning flags I agree there too. My votes are for giving, not taking. Karma will bite these people in the ass, I don't have to. I also just don't have time for it. My life is filled with enough negativity without engaging in flagging. I'd rather do something positive.
