Thank you, yes we heard the algo was tailored to the West in a not beneficial way, the sad thing is the comments were real explaining how they'd had diesels etc etc, EV's are especially vilified on there. We literally felt a weight lift after we decided :) Yes it made perfect sense to buy just before it rockets, and it's great to give back to deserving creators.

Yeah I respect your need and desire to explore all aspects of the car market. I personally dislike EV's for various philosophical reasons and the fact that a hybrid is more sensible than an EV ever will be. I believe it's the freedom of choice: I choose to keep my petrol car while others choose to get an EV.
It indeed will get on up there at some point! The important thing is to keep building now as well as then, because it's a great time all the time to build things like this while we can!

We believe that there is a place for all powertrains - for example, if we had a Seat Mii as a second car, it would be a complete no brainer for us, as it's range would cover everything we needed to do locally, and would cost next to nothing to charge (thanks to our Type 2 charger) Do like your point about Hybrids though, as it is the actual definition of the best of both, and is the perfect stepping stone towards EV.
