in #cars7 years ago

Hi, we are going to talk about some CHEAP Exotics or sports cars that you can afford on a tight budget. We will start from the cheapest and forward. The prices are based on the European market.

1.Porsche 911 (996) manufactured from year 1998 and last 2004

It was the first 911 to have water-cooled engine, because off that wasn’t really popular between true Porsche 911 enthusiast and that is also the reason why their value isn’t sky rocketing like we’ve seen whit the air cooled 911. Nevertheless even the prices of 996 is starting to climb especially the Turbo model or GT2.
Base model 996 whit decent miles on the clock and in good shape would cost you around 20k.

2.Mercedes Benz CSL 55 AMG (5.4 supercharged V8) manufactured from year 2005-2010

The CLS 55 AMG is modified versions of the CLS produced by Mercedes-AMG. Was unveiled in 2004 Paris motor show. It produces 350 kW-476 HP and 700 Nm -516 lb·ft. You can get one as low as 15k upwards to 30k depending on year and condition of the car.

3.Audi R8 Coupe/Spyder 4.2 V8 or 5.2 V10 manufactured from year 2007–2015

It’s a mid-engine, 2-seater sports car, which uses Audi's trademark quattro permanent all-wheel drive system. And 4.2 V8 is producing 414 HP more powerful 5.2 V10 525 HP. Even when this car was new it was cheaper then it’s rivals and it was always called a supercar on a budget. But it’s relatability and low price for the same performance give them huge success. You can get a base model Audi R8 4.2 V8 for as low as 40k spyder will cost you more as 5.2 V10 will.

4.Ferrari 360/360 Spider manufactured from year 1999 – 2005

It is a mid-engined, rear wheel drive 3.6 litre V8 with 294 kW - 400 HP powered coupe. It has entirely new made chassis from aluminium. And it looks stunning it’s prices are never going lower on one in good condition. You can get a base model one from 50k Spider will cost you more and special editions even more.

Hope you enjoy reading this. Bye ...

I think the Ferrari while quite expensive compared to the 996 and the CLS is the best choice and offers the most bang for your back. If you get it in good condition they barely require any serious maintenance. There's also a high chance that they're at the best price right now and will only appreciate in value. You could probably buy one, keep it for a year or two, and sell it for what you paid for it or even make some money. But I think the picture you posted is a Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale. Now, those are not cheap; will probably set you back $200k.
