We have had this old Bedford Comair bus parked up in town for the last 6 months and it left today for a restoration and motorhome conversion.
These buses were built in Australia on a Bedford Chassis. The bodies being built by Comair. These version's were built between 1966 and 1973. The engine option's were a Bedford 300 cubic inch straight six petrol or a Bedford 330 cubic inch straight six Diesel. This bus has the 300 cubic inch petrol I think it would cost a lot to run as a petrol.
Good to see the old bus drive down the road. Hope it looks much better after it's restoration and motorhome conversion.
If I see the bus again I will get some pics of it after being fixed up.
Have a great day :)
