I am Alive Day 3

Leaving my 9-5 was not easy. πŸ’”
I worked as a customer call representative for 2 whole years. πŸ€™πŸ“ž
The projects I worked for were Disney+ Netherlands and Deliveroo Netherlands.
My job was to assist people who were having trouble with their apps. Sounds like an easy job huh? But it wasn't. I worked long hours, most of the time 6 days a week. I wasn't appreciated and it was a very intense job.

You wake up everyday to say: "Hi, you're speaking to Lydi-ann, how may I assist you? And this for a minimum of 8/9 hours a day. Ultimately, it drains you.
I knew that this wasn't what I wanted to do with my life and I decided to quit.
My managers were also really bad at their jobs and hadn't yet grasped onto the idea of being a manager.

I found myself unhappy, demotivated and bored whenever I had to go to work.
So one day, without thinking too much about it, I QUIT!
I quit without any backup plan, solely listening to my sad intuition.
As soon as I quit that company, doors started to open up for me.
It was almost as if the universe was like "Yea! You finally did it! We have been waiting!

I have been graphics designing ever since and not one day goes by where I am not happy to be of utmost service to my clients. I currently have clients in Suriname and Europe and I know for a fact, I would have never achieved that by staying in that call center.
