1. More pics - I'm sure you've got loads
2. Use the editor for bold text, headlines etc.
3. Learn about tags and which ones to use for each post to maximise views
4. Write about what you love - don't pander to the whims of others' - just my opinion though.
5. Have fun - even if your posts don't make mega $ - keep posting and 'let go' of the rewards, kind of :/
6. Make valuable comments and choose your upvotes wisely

Oh - one last thing - write up a proper introduce yourself post with the first hashtag as #introduceyourself - check the feed to get an idea of which ones do well.
